I purchased the product last season. It worked perfectly. Wanted to keep it protected by bringing it in for the winter season. The humingbird fell off and out came little bulb, reserted it back in and placed in sun. Did not work, Tried to remove bulb again, but is stuck inside, so that's the end of that. I contacted Amazon and they were great about replacement. Great doing business with this reliable company!!!
